Phuket Yacht Charter (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates phuketyacht-charter.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you enquire about or book a private yacht charter, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Name, email address and phone number (or WhatsApp/LINE contact) when you submit an enquiry or booking form
- Charter details you provide: preferred dates, group size, route and any special requests
- Billing details when you complete a checkout (processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers)
- Basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via standard server logs and, where enabled, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange your charter
- To process payment and send booking confirmations
- To contact you about your booking (by email, phone, WhatsApp or LINE)
- To improve this website and measure marketing performance
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Who we share it with
- Our payment processor, to complete your transaction
- Crew and operations staff, to prepare and run your charter
- Analytics providers (Google Analytics, Meta), in aggregated or pseudonymised form where possible
Data retention
We keep booking and enquiry records for as long as needed to handle your charter, respond to follow-up questions, and meet accounting/legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing admin@phuketyacht-charter.com.
