Bad Weather Policy

In case of rain before the charter trip, departure may be postponed for up to 30 minutes if possible. If severe weather persists, guests will be able to reschedule at their convenience at the sole discretion of the Captain. Kindly arrive at the marina regardless of weather forecast unless otherwise stated.

As we reserve the yacht exclusively for your group and turn down other charter enquiries, confirmed bookings are non-refundable.

Reschedule Policy

1. For changes made 14 days or more before the charter date, the booking may be rescheduled within 1 month subject to availability.
2. For changes made less than 14 days before the charter date, a 70% charter fee applies.
