Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all private yacht charter bookings made through phuketyacht-charter.com (“we”, “us”). By paying a deposit or completing a booking, you agree to these terms.

Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed once a 50% deposit is received; the remaining balance is due before departure.
Prices shown are per charter as listed, in Thai Baht, and include the yacht, crew and standard route unless stated otherwise.

Guest responsibilities

Guests must follow the captain’s and crew’s safety instructions at all times.
The captain has final authority over the route, schedule and whether it is safe to depart or continue, for the safety of all on board.
Guests are responsible for informing us in advance of any medical conditions, mobility needs, or guests under 18 in the group.
Guests are liable for damage to the yacht or equipment caused by negligence or misuse during the charter.

Group size and capacity

Each yacht has a maximum guest capacity for safety and licensing reasons. We reserve the right to refuse boarding beyond the stated capacity.

Alcohol and conduct

Alcohol may be consumed responsibly on board. We reserve the right to end a charter early, without refund of the deposit, if a guest’s conduct endangers the safety of others or the vessel.

Itinerary changes

Routes are curated but not fixed contracts — the captain may adjust stops or timing due to weather, sea conditions, marine park rules or safety, while aiming to preserve the spirit of your planned day.

Liability

Charters are operated by licensed crew on vessels maintained to applicable Thai maritime safety standards. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses (e.g. missed onward travel) arising from delays, weather cancellations or itinerary changes. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Thai law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
